The design principles include an equity-driven approach, Indigenous cultural safety, and SGBA+ analysis frameworks which are embedded into the design process.

Accessibility is crucial in the context of the design and delivery of the training sessions. The workshop facilitators will apply an accessibility lens to ensure the educational content, materials and learning experiences are inclusive and available to a diverse audience to help foster a learning environment where everyone feels welcomed and their contributions are valued.
